The Community Hub and our partners can help you find and apply for available resources like food, healthcare, transportation, and more!

The HealthierHere Community Hub is a free, confidential service available to all King County residents, regardless of insurance, income, and immigration or housing status.

Getting Started Is Easy!

How It Works:

Receive one-on-one support from a community based worker who understands.

We try to match you with someone who speaks your language, shares your culture and has had to navigate the many services in King County for themselves. They know how it works. They’ll support you one-on-one to find and access the resources and services you or your family need.

Our community based workers speak a variety of languages: :
Amharic, Arabic, ASL, Azeri, Bantu Languages (Kikuyu, Kikamba, Kiembu, Shona, Zulu), Bemba, Bengali, Cambodian, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Chichewa, Chuukese, Dari, English, Farsi, French, Hindi, Korean, Kosrae, Lingala, Marshallese, Ndebele, Nyanja, Oromo, Pashto, Portuguese, Russian, Samoan, Shona, Somali, Spanish, Sudanese, Swahili, Tagalog, Tigrinya, Tongan, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Wolof, and Zulu.

Our community based workers understand that each person has a unique situation, requiring different types of support. You may only want help once with a list of resources. Or you may want ongoing help filling out and submitting applications for different programs.
