(from event page) May is Children’s Mental Health Awareness Month and this event is about ending the stigma, bringing awareness and education, bridging the gap, and understanding the importance of youth voice because Children’s Mental Health Matters!!!
We will have a wide range of panelists from youth living with a mental health condition and those who work with youth and who care for youth living with a mental health condition such as teachers, parents, therapists, peer specialists, and juvenile justice. You will also have a chance to ask question and get answers as well as share your concerns.
If you are a youth living with a mental health condition, a parent raising a child with a mental health condition, a person who works with children with a mental health condition, a law maker, or a person in the community who cares about children’s mental health please attend.
