HealthierHere is now recruiting for a new full-time role on our team: Partner Support and Operations Manager, Connect2 Community Network!
The Partner Support and Operations Manager will lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support clinical, tribal and community partners to use Connect2 Community Network technologies.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring partners can use and share data, in ways that align with community and legal requirements, to improve care coordination. The person in this role will have a strong customer service orientation and passion for creating and maintaining processes for technology. Reporting to HealthierHere’s Associate Director for the Connect2 Community Network, the Partner Support and Operations Manager will work collaboratively with clinical, tribal and community organizations, members of the Connect2 Community Network team and others within HealthierHere.
The ideal candidate for this position enjoys building and leading high-quality partner support operations.
