King County’s Department of Community and Human Services is seeking input from community members living and/or working in rural areas of King County. Community feedback will inform future programming to address identified needs, gaps, and opportunities to expand services to individuals living and/or working in rural areas.

The survey is open through April 11, 2021 and available online in English, Somali, Russian, Korean, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Vietnamese and Spanish.

Alternately, community members can participate in the survey by text message. To do so, text RURAL to 73224.
