What are you most looking forward to working with HealthierHere and our partners?

I am excited about the opportunity to contribute my expertise and background in Human Resources and People & Culture to HealthierHere. I look forward to building and refining processes that streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic growth. At the same time, I am deeply committed to fostering a culturally healthy and inclusive environment where all individuals feel valued and empowered. By aligning strong people practices with the company’s goals, I hope to drive meaningful impact and contribute to a thriving, forward-moving workplace.

What drives your passion for this work?

My passion for this work is deeply rooted in being an advocate for equity and inclusivity. I believe that every individual deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued in the workplace which I am committed to creating environments where diverse perspectives are not only welcomed, but celebrated. This drive fuels my dedication to building systems and cultures that promote fairness, belonging, and meaningful engagement for all.

What is something about you that others might not know?

Weightlifting is a passion of mine that plays a key role in keeping me grounded and focused. It challenges me to stay disciplined, push my limits, and maintain a strong mindset – qualities I carry into my professional life. I have been able to squat and deadlift over 300lbs 😊
