May 26, 2023

There is still time to register for the 2023 Community Information Exchange Virtual Summit, happening June 7-8, which is focused on Community Care Coordination Models in Action!

This summit is a virtual event designed to examine specific Community Information Exchange® (CIE) use cases, examples, and workflows, including best practices and how communities can apply them to their work. See the registration page for more info.

We are thrilled that Modester “Mo” Chatta, the Co-Chair of the Connect2 Community Network (C2CN) Advisory Group, will be speaking on the closing plenary panel of the summit. See the details for the panel below.

Plenary Panel: Cultivating a Supportive Environment for Collaboration and Decision-making: Three Community Perspectives and Closing Call to Action

Date: Thursday, June 8th, 12:55 PM – 2:00 PM PDT

Description: Cultivating a supportive environment can be challenging, but is a critical foundation to lay while building true collaboration across sectors. Each sector needs to feel supported, heard, and that their contribution both matters for the greater good, but also makes sense for their individual mission. Collection decision-making cannot have open discussions, conflicts cannot be overcome and true collaboration cannot exist if everyone involved is not paying attention to the environment in which decisions are made. In this riveting panel, we will dive into three communities across the nation and how they laid a supportive foundation for successful collaboration and effective decision-making.
