The Community and Consumer Voice (CCV) Committee of HealthierHere is seeking proposals from community-based groups and organizations to conduct education within community about King County’s Medicaid Transformation Work. This opportunity is funded through the Small Grants Program, managed by the Center for MultiCultural Health.

This resource will provide organizations the capacity to engage community partners, community members, and Medicaid recipients in listening sessions about the Medicaid Transformation Project, so community can authentically participate in the Medicaid Transformation work. Non-profit community-based social and human services organizations and grassroots community groups that serve people of color, low-income, immigrant, and refugee community members in King County are eligible to apply.

Please review the Small Grants Program Application to learn more about the Small Grants Program and how to apply – which includes information regarding the scope of work, selection process, and the application form. Additional information is included in the Small Grants Program Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) here.

If you have any additional questions about the Small Grants Program, please contact Janelle Okorogu – Program Director with the Center for MultiCultural Health – by phone: (206) 461-6910 ext. 209 or email: janelle@cschc.org.

Please share this opportunity widely with your contacts, networks, and stakeholders.

Thank you.
